For those who want to get back into it after a break, the introductory sewing course is an excellent refresher. Our courses take place in an inspiring environment that fosters creativity and a love for learning.

Tailoring brings joy and makes you «chic»! And how «chic» it is when we can take the time to nurture this wonderful craft.

The one-week holiday tailoring «snip-snap» taster course is suitable for beginners and advanced students. In fact, you can join even without sewing skills. The plan is designed so that you will get a good overview in one week: From taking accurate measurements, to sketching a design, creating a paper... learn more pattern, cutting out, and finally basting. One week long, from Monday to Friday, only in the mornings (from 9:30 to 12:00), so you have time for the beach in the afternoons.

There are many creative people who have some sewing knowledge but do not know where to start (when it comes to making trousers or a coat), and then what always happens happens: The project ends up in the corner.

Then there are countless beginners with no sewing knowledge who are curious and just want to know: How does tailoring actually work? Before they know it, after this vacation, they might have a new beautiful hobby.

And for this, the holiday tailoring taster course is ideal. With our holiday course, we want to give you the opportunity to find an overview so that you can confidently tackle your own smaller projects in the future.

The course certainly cannot replace a three-year training program, but it can spark curiosity to pursue that training.

Not only does the clever plan and small groups contribute to this, but also because what is learned in the course can be even better deepened when it is casually practiced with the group during common leisure activities, we also organize activities with the group. Activities where fellow travelers/partners can also join. Whether it is a cozy aperitivo in the evening or a shared meal.

Sewing my own tango dress was an exciting journey for me! I knew I could sew a little and wanted to make a tango dress because I love dancing tango. The problem was always the basic pattern. And Stephan supported me in creating a basic pattern for myself that I could then continue with. The special challenge was the bust, and we decided together that the princess seam suited me best. And now I can say: It feels wonderful to dance to the music in the handmade dress that I designed and sewed myself. I found so much joy in this creative process, and I can hardly wait for the next tango evening. Thank you Stephan for awakening these possibilities in me. And thanks again for the flexibility, as I rely on public transport, we set up the sewing studio at our place. It worked great!
