So that we don't waste any precious time during our first appointment and can focus on the creative details right away, you'll find answers to frequently asked questions about Atelier DANIEL in Capolieri / Elba Island Italy. Since your garment is only made after ordering at Atelier DANIEL in Capoliveri, Elba in Italy, you should plan for a production time of at least 4 weeks (depending on material availability, order volume and capacity) and a delivery time of at least 2 weeks. Call now to schedule a personal appointment.

Please keep in mind that you always need freedom of movement in your garment and our natural fabrics are usually made WITHOUT elastane (there are exceptions). Based on industrial size charts, we can only guess the right fit for you. Measuring via video conference has proven to be problematic, so we need a 1:1 appointment with you, for which you should reserve an hour of your time, as usually more details will be discussed. If you inform us of any further wishes before or after, please always strictly differentiate between body measurements and the measurements of the garment. Example: Sleeve length and arm length (please do not confuse them!).

In the cart, you can add different shipping options, such as express or transport insurance. However, please note that this can only be confirmed definitively after consultation, as it depends on many factors.

Each garment made to measure for you is excluded from return. Therefore, please use the personal appointment for measuring and discussion to ask your important questions.

Whether it's individual corrections to the cut, a different stylish fabric or a custom design: your imagination knows no bounds in our atelier. What's important is that you like it and feel comfortable in your clothing. However, note that our focus is on fabrics made from linen, hemp, nettle and cotton. And if you communicate your wishes to us in writing, please always distinguish between body measurements and garment measurements. Example: sleeve length and arm length (often confused!) In our atelier, we create your perfect outfit together and you can choose materials. For organizational reasons, we kindly ask you to schedule an appointment in advance.

We only have a few items in stock, such as accessories, backpacks or handbags. These items are clearly marked and you can order them directly in our webshop. For everything else, you have the option to send a non-binding inquiry and schedule an appointment.

This question is unfortunately very broad and generalized, as the possibilities for custom clothing are nearly limitless. However, on our configurator, you now have a unique chance to get an initial pricing idea. All mentioned details may vary from time to time, depending on materials, capacity, and, of course, your specific preferences.
