Initial telephone contact
Please note what to consider during the first contact by phone:
Hello! We appreciate your interest in our
courses. As we receive daily computer spam calls, we have turned off our answering machine and implemented strict "telephone rules.”
Therefore, we kindly ask you to let it ring for more than 30 seconds if we do not know your number. Aside from that, we are usually busy - so please let it ring longer. If you still cannot reach us, there is no need to worry. We might be in a class, taking measurements, or in a fitting, which requires our full attention. Please understand that we cannot provide phone consultations during these times.
Please send us a text message (no WhatsApp!). If you do not send a text, we will assume it was a spam call and block your number. A callback will not occur.
Please also check our F.A.Q. (Frequently Asked Questions), send us an email, or use the reservation system to send us a course inquiry (you cannot book or pay anything fixed there, just inquire, and you will receive a response from us).
To enable us to call you back, please provide the following in your text message or email:
• Your name
• Specific reason for the call
• Your callback number (and when you are best reachable)
Also, we cannot respond to anonymous emails without a callback number due to time constraints.
Important for email: Because our responses to Google, Outlook, Yahoo, or Aruba email addresses regularly end up in our customers ` spam folders, this is very frustrating! Please check your spam folder if you are expecting a response from us.
Thank you for your understanding!
