Our atelier is located in Capoliveri, a small, very typical, and charming mountain town on the island.
In this course, you will learn the basics of tailoring. Important: This is not a sewing course! In one week, you will practically learn how a custom garment is created step by step. Sewing skills are helpful but not required! The goal of the weekly course is a systematic "basic course" (as one week cannot replace a three-year training), where we will go through the five aspects (1) Design (2) Measuring (3) Construction of your pattern in scale 1:5 and 1:1 (4) Cutting and (5) Production practically step by step. The final result will be a simple shirt or blouse without frills. Your personal souvenir from the island, so to speak.
This course is aimed at participants with prior knowledge. We will dive deeper into the subject and you will learn more complex techniques, including creating patterns and working with different materials. Advanced courses are often private courses, but groups are also warmly welcomed. Also for men and women.

Einen Unterschied zwischen "Nähen" und "Schneidern" gibt es im Grunde nicht.
Denn das "Nähen" ist nur ein klitzekleiner Teil der Schneiderei.
Es ist als würdest Du fragen "Was ist der Unterschied zwischen einem Fahrrad und einer Fahrradglocke?".
Der Beruf des Maßschneiders vereint somit im Grunde genommen sieben Beruf in einem:
