Cut, first sketches, fabric selection, buttons, etc. and professional measuring.

Illustrations, final sketches, and possibly corrections before starting the pattern construction.
4. Production
Individually made with dedication.

possibly final adjustments.

Checklists - How to Prepare for Appointments with Us
For many of our clients, it’s the first time - their first custom piece. The following tips are therefore very valuable, as they give you the opportunity to prepare for the appointments. However, one should always keep in mind that creativity can also be stifled by too much perfection. So, if you at least take to heart a few of the things we warmly recommend to our clients, that’s good. The checklists are divided into the three usual appointments (usually the first and second appointments - the fitting and measurement - are combined). We look forward to welcoming you here soon.
- Simply bring: Pictures for inspiration, notes, sketches on beer coasters, garments that need to be adjusted, etc. Possibly fabric samples.
- What should be made? Example: Matching blouse for the skirt or vest for the pants.
- Lining: Depending on the opacity of the material and its later use. Should the piece be fully lined, partially lined, or underlined (with facings)?
- Occasion: What is the occasion, and should it still be wearable later in everyday life? Desired style and preferred fit.
- Silhouette: What should be emphasized and what should be concealed?
- Possibly a favorite dress that fits well, etc.
- Desired completion date
- Material: What colors? What function should the fabric serve?
- Sufficient time: Depending on the project, at least 30 minutes to 1 hour if patterns, fabrics, motifs, and supplies need to be chosen.
- Preferably wear solid, comfortable clothing when measuring
- Clean, neutral underwear.
- For dresses, skirts, and pants: Shoes at the height that will later be worn with the desired garment
- For women: Wear the same bra for tops that will be worn later (at least similar fit)
- Sufficient time: Depending on the project, at least 30 minutes to 1 hour for taking measurements
- Accompanying person: Optional, possibly as a decision aid
